I bet on available free square but I receive a message "Square already taken"

This is normal situation for all online multiplayer real time games.
The reason is that another player had put a bet on the same square you wish to bet just a millisecond or some before you, but naturally you did not see that yet since it takes another milliseconds or more to let your device get the message that this square is taken.
You should then bet on another available square. Good Luck.

Do I need to be connected to the internet while I am playing the game?

Yes, since the game is multiplayer online and real time game, while playing the game you should be connected with a good quality internet connection.

During a game play your device is updating our servers constantly with any move you play such as bets, winnings, power ups activation, while our servers are updating constantly your device with all events made by other players.

However, we strongly recommend the using a Wi-Fi connection whenever possible.

My game get stuck or froze or not loading, what should I do?
  • First of all check your internet connection. A slow or poor internet connection may prevent the game from updating important information such as bets, winnings, power ups activation to our servers and vice versa from our servers to your device.
    We recommend using of a Wi-Fi connection whenever possible.
  • Make sure you are running the latest IOS or ANDROID version on your device.
  • Check if there is an update for the game in Google Play and App Store
  • Clear memory in your device
  • Close apps running in background
  • Restart the game
  • Check your connection to the internet
  • Restart your device
  • Install/reinstall the game
  • Uninstall/reinstall the game
Could I continue playing the game on another mobile device or on Facebook keeping my account information including my coins, my gold bars, my XP level etc.?

You can play the game on another device keeping all your information, provided that you are always connected with your Facebook account. Therefore, it is highly recommended to login always via your Facebook account.

What are Gold Bars used for and how do I get it?

Gold bars are the most valuable resource in the game and can be used to traded into  coins, power ups and vault guard.

Gold bars can be obtained in various ways – Daily Bonus wheel, each time you reach a new certain level, or simply purchase it in the Shop processed securely by the App Store or Google Play.

In TIKnTAK we have two currencies, Gold Bars and Coins.
Gold bars you get either by bonuses such as Daily Bonus and each time you reach a new certain level or simply purchase in the SHOP for as a little real money.

  • Gold bars are used to traded into coins, power ups and vault guard.
  • Coins are used to bet and play on game’s board

Coins, Power Ups and Vault guard you can either obtain by bonuses with Daily bonus wheel, each time you reach a new certain level or simply go to SHOP found in Menu and trade\convert your gold bars for whatever you want.
Coins you can obtain also by social activities such as inviting friends and share on Facebook.

If you run out of gold bars you need to purchase it for little money by visiting our SHOP.

Why sometimes during play, It takes a very little time until I see my bet on board or for my activated power up to show up?

Since the game is a multiplayer online and real time game, while playing the game you should be connected with a good quality internet connection.

During a game play your device is updating our servers constantly with any move you do such as put your bet, activate your power ups etc., so the other players see all your moves in real time, on the other hand our servers updating your device in other players moves in real time, so all happening for all players at the same time in real time.

Therefore, it takes milliseconds or more until updates received and confirmed on your device.

This is very normal for all multiplayer real time games.

To review your purchase history, please check the guides below:

2. Select “Transactions” to display your Play Store order history.
3. Choose an entry you wish to view its corresponding receipt.

Why do I keep losing connection?

TIKnTAK requires perfect internet connection for your game, getting and sending information constantly. That is why it is important that your internet connection is stable. For a smooth enjoyable experience, it’s important that you are connected to a reliable strong signal network.

Full WiFi or mobile data coverage is not always ensuring solid connection, as local networks can slow down, getting overloaded at times, especially while playing in a moving car or on underground public transport. As with any other online service, we highly recommend playing over WiFi with a dependable Internet service provider.

I can't connect with Facebook!

If you’re having trouble connecting the game via Facebook, follow these steps:
Make sure your Facebook app is up to date (updated).
Quit the game (close the app)
Quit Facebook app (if you’re using Facebook in a browser window, close the browser).
Launch the game and try reconnecting the game with Facebook.

If it still isn’t working make sure you’re logged into Facebook app with your account, as well as in your Device Settings.
Launch the game again and try reconnect with Facebook

Who processes in-app purchases? I have a question regarding payment made with my credit card

Here at TIKnTAK or PLaytiz, we don’t process payments for in-app purchases and we do not have access to any of your credit card information.
All payments and transactions are made and completed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play (depends on your device) via your personal email address associated with that account.
